If I remember correctly, early on in development Hedera (HBAR) were saying up to 500,000 tps. Not a million but (again if I remember correctly) Visa does something like 50-100k tps globally, so 500k is plenty.

Just because your vehicle will not start and begin running doesn’t mean it is electrical related. Compression too low, weak spark, fuel not reaching the carburetor can cause no-start or hard to start conditions.
Make sure you do a compression test to check for worn piston rings or bore, inspect spark plugs and make sure the valve clearance is not out of adjustment. You said it cranks but does not fire the engine. Does it crank too slowly? If so it could be the starter motor.
